Programme Outline

The aim of this training is to demonstrate how daily challenges and demands lead to the accumulation of pressure/ tension over time. Participants are introduced to the Key Competencies for Managing Pressure, comprising proven techniques to manage the accumulation of pressure/tension in themselves and others. Practice of these competencies leads to improved performance, increased vitality, and greater resilience both for themselves and the organisation. Participants explore how to integrate these techniques and strategies into a plan to manage workplace challenges more effectively.
